First Class RVs have a small fleet of newer model RV trailers in a range of styles and sizes that run from $100-$200 per night, sleep between 4 and 10 people, and include all the linens (except your pillows), kitchen needs (pots & pans, utensils, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc.), and, best of all, for an extra fee (around $250), will deliver them to the site, set them up, and pick them up! They have worked with other festivals at the Goshen Fairgrounds, and are very familiar with the site. Check them out at FirstClassRVs.com

Cruise America RVs in Hartford, CT have self-contained (truck-type) RVs in 2 different sizes that you would have to pick up, drive to the festival site (about 30 miles) and return. For a luxurious glamping experience, consider a pre-set, fully furnished 16 ft bell tent including electricity, choice of 1 queen or 2 twin beds, premium luxury bedding (fitted sheet, flat sheet, comforter, pillows) and thoughtfully designed interiors with a rug, lantern, and side table.
