First Class RVs have a small fleet of newer model RV trailers in a range of styles and sizes that run from $100-$200 per night, sleep between 4 and 10 people, and include all the linens (except your pillows), kitchen needs (pots & pans, utensils, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc.), and, best of all, for an extra fee (around $250), will deliver them to the site, set them up, and pick them up! Cruise America RVs in Hartford, CT have self-contained (truck-type) RVs in 2 different sizes that you would have to pick up, drive to the festival site (about 30 miles) and return. CHECK IN::Campers may check in on Thursday, Friday and Saturday starting @ 9am.

VISITORS: Visitors are allowed in campgrounds from 9 am till12 midnight.

FACILITIES: Drinking water, showers, and toilets are on the grounds. Showers are free and located inside the restrooms and next to the north east side of the Dairy Barn. Please conserve water. Toilets are located around the fairgrounds. Connections for electricityand water must be purchased. Absolutely no splitting of electricity to non-paying customers.

SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit is 5 MPH on festival grounds.

DOGS: Due to insurance regulations, and for the safety of everyone, dogs are NOT allowed, except for certfied SERVICE (not support) animals.

SMOKING OR VAPING No smoking in the dance and food vendor areas or in the restrooms. No cigars anywhere please.

GENERATORS: Generators may be run between 10 am and 8 pm only.

GROUNDS and BUILDINGS: Please keep the grounds clean. Dish washing is NOT ALLOWED at water taps, in restrooms, or showers.

FIRES: Fires are strictly prohibited

DISPOSAL of GREY / BLACK WATER:  There is no dumping station available on the fairgrounds.

BICYCLES: Bicycles are not allowed in the dancing or food vendor areas.

LOST and FOUND: located at the Merchant area.

FIRST AID: We do not have a First Aid station and do not treat anyone for medical issues. Call 911 for all medical emergencies. A first aid kit is available at the Merchant area for minor cuts and scrapes.

SEATING: Seating in front of the stage is on a first come, first served basis.

The closest airport to Goshen Fairgrounds is Bradley Int'l Airport (BDL), about 40 miles (about 55 minutes driving time)
